The Witch Hunt of Giribala Singh: When Social Media Trolls Did Moral Policing of an Ex-Judge

If you have been following the case of Twisha Sharma death case in media, you would agree that this is a clear case of “media trial”. One can clearly observe that only one-sided stories are being planted in the media by the deceased woman’s family, either as a cope up mechanism or perhaps to coverup all the wrong doings and sins from their own past. There are some TV channels who are doing more of this smear-campaign, like Republic TV. Main target of these media-monsters is the ex-judge Giribala Singh and her only fault is that she is a “mother-in-law”.

First of all, there is absolutely no proof linking her to the woman’s death. The woman died on the roof of the house and CCTV footage shared on media shows her on the ground, helping some men take the body to the hospital. So, what is her crime for which she is getting haunted by media?

It seems Giribala Singh’s “crime” was that she questioned her daughter-in-law about her past affairs and multiple physical relationships before marriage. Apparently, the woman had hidden all these things from her in-laws before marriage and accepted it only after marriage. Anyone in Giribala Singh’s place would have been upset and angry at her daughter-in-law. We can debate on her choice of words, but we can’t debate on whether she had right to question her daughter-in-law. She had every right to question her. Then what is the problem?

The problem lies with the family of the deceased woman. It seems they are running this whole campaign in order to hide their own irresponsibility and shortcomings in helping their daughters before her death. Here is how:

1.      The woman was taking mental health related medicines.

2.      She had done abortion and needed to recover.

3.      She was facing cold-behaviour from her husband from “love marriage”

4.      She kept begging her parents to come and take her

Still, her parents did not help her at all.

But the victim being made out of this whole mishap is the “mother-in-law”. These pathetic media people are still stuck in Ekta Kapoor serials like stereotyping of saas-bahu relationships and it is such a disgusting mentality.

It is high time TV media people and social media trolls use their brain before parroting the slanderous accusations of only the deceased woman’s family. If they do not have intellect and courage to do proper analysis, they need to stop this non-stop “witch hunt” of the poor mother-in-law Giribala Singh and wait for the investigations to conclude, for the final verdict on what went wrong with Twisha. Om Shanti.

Twisha Sharma Death Case: Judging the Judge: The Real Question is How Much Twisha Hid Before Her Marriage

I came across some news outlets sharing an audio recording of Twisha Sharma’s brother questioning her mother-in-law Giribala Singh about why she questioned Dwisha about her “past relationships”. As we can hear in the audio recording, the mother-in-law is unapologetic and says she has right to know her daughter-in-law well and needs to be sure whether her past relationships are going to impact her future or not. This part can be understood, and we need to agree that as a mother-in-law, she had right to ask those questions, although her language may be objectionable. But the devil is in the details.

First of all, Twisha’s family has clearly fallen into media’s trap, where the victim’s family thinks that if they keep sharing private details every day, they will be able to feed the media-monster with fodder it needs to maintain momentum and keep highlighting their version of the story on TV screen for days and weeks – the maximum the better for their “cause”. This is a false assumption. The cases ultimately win or lose because of their own merit, not because how much certain versions were telecast on TV screens for how long. Solving crime is not a “popularity contest” for one’s version of story. We have seen this being done by electronic media in every other case. It even happened in Atul Subhash’s case; but did he get justice? His sacrifice went in vain, the judge against whom he alleged got promotion and moved on, his abuser wife got bail, and the court ordered his child to be raised by his evil wife instead of his noble parents. What was the point of all the “media game” in any of the previous such cases? Remember: the dead do not get justice; the dead get nothing. This is why people should stop committing sui*ides assuming they would get justice after death. No one does.

Now, coming to the call-recording by Twisha’s brother.

Everyone knows that “casting couch” happens in film industry, especially with actresses. Twisha worked for some years in advertising as a model and later in South Cinema as an actress. She should have told truths about all her past experiences to her husband and mother-in-law “before marriage”. Assuming that the call-recording is after marriage, why is it that her mother-in-law Giribala Singh asking her about past experiences and relationships “only after marriage”? This is a very important clue, which indicates that perhaps Twisha had hidden a lot about her past from her husband and in-laws.

If Twisha had hidden about her past experiences and relationships with her in-laws prior to marriage, as this call recording indicates or proves, then she was on the wrong ground here. When her husband and mother-in-law were getting upset at her due to these, it can be understood.

There is also an important question which is coming up, where her husband was asking her, “whose child it was that you aborted?” and it is shown as proof of his mental torture towards her.  But this actually only proves his frustration and hatred at her for aborting her child. It seems he believed that if the child was his, she won’t have aborted it since they were married. Or perhaps he was only “taunting” her, as spouses do it to each other when they are upset. The abortion was actually an abortion to their marriage since no marriage can survive without raising a family.

I have still not understood why Samarth Singh had to marry Twisha, if not for “love”. As per news reports, his family is of highly educated top-class people, and then why would he choose an “actress” to marry? Was he seeking a “trophy wife”? From the information available, it does not seem he was seeking a “trophy wife” because in that case, he would have ignored her flaws and past relationships and would have loved her since he loved her only for her beauty. But, from the news articles, it seems he was really upset and angry at her after marriage. It could only happen if he was in “love” with her earlier and as we have seen many times, love and hate are two sides of the same relationship.

All clues indicate that Twisha had hidden many things from her in-laws before marrying, and after discovering all those post marriage, her husband and mother-in-law were upset and hence questioned her. Her chat messages where she is blaming herself for this mess also talk about this aspect. Still, there is no clue and no reason seen to “murder” a “girl with a past”, merely on suspicion; and contrary to her parent’s “hunch feeling”, no clue indicates that she was murdered.

The lessons from all this are many important ones:

1.      It is necessary for couples to come clean about their past experiences and past relationships in front of in-laws well before marriage so that they could make correct decisions about whether to go ahead with marriage or not

2.      If things are hidden intentionally or unintentionally, things can get complicated after marriage, like it happened in case of Twisha

3.      Questioning can be justified, but never harassment or abuse

This is all I could understand from the leaked call-recording by Twisha’s brother. I hope Twisha’s family stops their tirade and witch-hunt against her in-law’s family because they deserve respect and peace as much as Twisha deserved. Just because their daughter is dead does not give them rights to harass, defame and torture a family, merely based on their suspicion.

Twisha Sharma Death Case: Why should parents be blamed even in case of “love marriage”

If you have been following the TV news coverage of Twisha Sharma death case, you would realise that her parents are clearly blaming themselves for not being able to save her. And this is happening despite the fact that Twisha had found her own husband digitally on a “dating app” and hers was a “love marriage”. Do you see any contradictions here?

Typically, in an “arranged marriage” situation, where the daughter has limited decision making rights and parents make decisions to shortlist her match, if the groom turns out not-good later, the daughter gets right to blame her parents for “ruining her life”. But how about “love marriage”? In case of Twisha, thanks to her parents, she was educated, financially independent, and empowered enough to make her own life choices. She found her husband-to-be by herself and dated him for several months before introducing him to her family as her match. There was about 6 months gap between engagement and wedding, which was again the period during which she could have seen any red-flags and backed out. But we can guess that she was confident about her man and hence went through the marriage. And soon after the marriage, everything falls apart. Post marriage, she relocates to her in-laws house in Bhopal, loses her work-from-home job, gets pregnant, her some conflicts with her husband, and now she felt “trapped”. Her independence was gone, her previous lifestyle was gone, her husband started behaving coldly, and perhaps she thought that once the baby was born, she would not have got chance to get out of the marriage, hence she did an abortion. Everything she did, she did on her own and her parents were merely spectators or support groups. But the question is, if she was herself responsible for everything she did, did she have right to blame her parents?

From what we see from the chats shared in media, Twisha clearly blamed her parents for sending her back to her in-laws house (which any family would have done). There was clearly no physical threat at in-laws house in Bhopal, as not a single message she sent to her mother pointed at any threat. She was seen asking her mother to “come and take me back tomorrow”. In the chats, her parents never committed at bringing her back permanently, and although they did make a ticket booking but Twisha did not know. And then suddenly, her death happens. Since her death, her parents have been blaming themselves as if it was all their fault. How is this fair?

Does this mean that if parents choose a person’s life-partner in an “arranged marriage” scenario, they would be blamed if marriage turns bad later; and even if the person chose his or her own life-partner and did “love marriage”, the parents would still be blamed if the marriage turns bad? There is clearly no logic in all this.

But relationships run on emotions and not logic. It does not really matter who caused the bad things to a person, or whether the person brought self-inflicted pain, his/her parents would “always” blame themselves for not being able to save their child. That is the sacred thread of parent-child relationship which has remained pure no matter how commercialised and materialistic our modern world has become. Hence, being a parent is clearly always a “losing game”. This is why it is the biggest responsibility one can ever have.

It is time young men and women need to understand their world and their parents correctly.

Twisha Sharma Death Case: Twisha’s family should not be able to terrorise others merely because of a “hunch feeling”

If you have been following TV news coverage of Twisha Sharma’s death case, you would have seen statements and videos from her parents, openly blaming and threatening her in-laws family, in particular her husband and the mother-in-law. I saw one video where Twisha’s mother openly says on camera that she would “kill” Samarth Singh, Twisha’s husband. And why? Because she “thought he killed Twisha”!

The important point to consider in this case is that there is so far absolutely no evidence to suggest that Twisha was murdered or forcibly hanged by her husband or in-laws. Since the postmortem at AIIMS Bhopal confirmed sui*ide, her family started demanding second postmortem in Delhi. If that also came out not in their favour, what would be their next demand and where will it end? There has to be some basis to suspect that Twisha’s in-laws were involved and there was some foul play. Perhaps that is the reason why the Bhopal court did not grant second postmortem request to her family. Perhaps they thought that if they granted once, every other family would keep demanding in similar manner. As I said before, there has to be some basis to suspect foul play and so far, there is none.

We have also seen videos and interviews of Twisha’s mother-in-law where she is visibly distressed because of the accusations on her and her son. Twisha’s husband Samarth is absconding, perhaps fearing a witch-hunt and fearing for his life, and would surrender to the court when he feels safe. I am not sure if what he is doing is good or should he risk his life and surrender now to satisfy the media and Twisha’s vengeful family. But one thing is for sure: he is terrified, his mother is terrified, and only Twisha’s parents are to be blamed.

While proper investigation should definitely be carried out to bring out the truth, and now the case is with CBI, at the same time, why should Twisha Sharma’s family be allowed to make sweeping accusations at her in-laws without even an iota of proof? They are carrying out absolute terrorism without regard to what effect their actions could cause. What if the husband witnessing a witch-hunt against him also chooses to take some wrong step? Going by the events so far, Twisha’s mother would certainly be satisfied with such an outcome, and it won’t matter to her whether he was actually guilty or not.

Not only media, but the government and the Police are also being seen sympathetic to Twisha’s family in this witch-hunt. And it has become a very sorry state of affairs. I don’t understand why Twisha’s family should be allowed to openly threaten and terrorise another family merely because of their “hunch feeling”.

Think about it.

Twisha Sharma Was a Textbook Woke Woman: And This Irony Died With Her

If you are currently consuming any type of mass media in India, you are likely aware of the Twisha Sharma death case. TV news channels are presenting every minute detail of the case as if it were a matter of great national importance. The deceased woman’s family is from Noida, and since most national media channels have their studios in Noida, this explains the disproportionate coverage of Delhi-Noida-NCR events.

One aspect of this news cannot be ignored: Late Twisha Sharma was a “textbook woke woman.” Here are a few points to support this assertion:

1.   She received a good education up to the postgraduate level and worked for many years.

2.    She chose to join the glamour industry, as she found her calling there.

3.    She married at the relatively advanced age of 32.

4.    She selected her own life partner.

5.    She met her partner through a digital dating app.

6.    She chose a man from a different caste.

7.    She dated him for a year before marriage.

8.    She entered into what is called a “love marriage.”

9.    She terminated her pregnancy of her own free will.

All these points align with the description of a modern, empowered woman. Yet, the tragic end of Twisha’s life makes this fact deeply ironic.

For years, traditional Indian values and ways of life have been ridiculed by modernists. Some of these traditional elements include:

1.   Allowing parents to choose a life partner, as they have seen the cycles of life and are believed to make better decisions.

2.    Marrying at the “right age” (early twenties) and having children at the appropriate time (twenties or early thirties).

3.     Avoiding work in the glamour industry, which is often considered “sinful.”

4.  Choosing a partner from known family connections or with social validation, reducing risks of misrepresentation or fraud.

5.     Marrying within one’s caste to align family values and increase compatibility after marriage.

6.    Avoiding boyfriends or girlfriends before marriage, keeping marriage as a “sacred” bond.

7.    Never aborting a pregnancy, as childbirth is seen as a divine blessing.

Modernist propaganda has long dismissed these traits as belonging to “uneducated, backward families” living in the 18th century, insisting such values need eradication.

At this point, it is immaterial whether Twisha Sharma committed sui*ide (as claimed by her in-laws, doctors, and police) or whether she was murdered (as speculated by her parents). From the chat messages shared in the media, it is clear she was sad, frustrated, and deeply troubled in her marriage. Her “love marriage” had failed from the start, her pregnancy was terminated by choice, her husband had stopped communicating with her, and her parents were not of much help. The “empowered woman” narrative promoted as a panacea by modernists failed miserably, and someone must answer for it.

All the woke female journalists and celebrity women who sold us this “empowered woman panacea” need to be questioned. If a “textbook woke woman” like Twisha Sharma was not safe, what right did they have to discard, denounce, and ridicule traditional Indian values as outdated customs? What is wrong if men and women take help from parents in finding the right match, marry at the right age, have children at the right time, and build a life together in a way that benefits both family and society?

These questions have been entirely missed in the debate surrounding this case. The media is busy sensationalizing, the deceased woman’s family is consumed by vengeance, and ordinary people are caught in the middle. It is high time that common people start questioning those who spread propaganda but disappear when faced with difficult questions.

Our society cannot outsource its thinking ability to TV channels and modernist celebrities parroting Western values as a cure-all for India’s problems. We must wake up, use our own judgment, and create a culture that is safe for women, families, and society at large. This is the only way to prevent more innocent women from becoming another Twisha.

Om Shanti. May Twisha's soul gets peace, and she is reborn into a happy long life.

TRAI messed up telecom industry

TRAI messed up telecom industry leading to duopoly; regulators were not even able to regulate #OTT yet; and now Artificial Intelligence has come and needs regulation.

Challenging time to be regulators in India. And price will be paid by customers/society.

One reason why telecom operators failed and shut shops in India was TRAI/govt allowing mobile Messenger Apps like WhatsApp to allow customers to make "free calls" to anyone, even overseas, at zero fee to telecoms.

It was highly unfair to telecoms and resulted in "data" driven business model which only new operators like Jio were designed for. Old operators failed miserably and closed shop.

It resulted in duopoly and bad deal for customers can be easily seen in telecoms cancelling billing model and forcing customers to buy "unlimited plans" which not everyone needs.

An entire industry ecosystem was disrupted, and this is not even discussed in a free economy.

Suspect in Waukesha mass casualty incident identified

In a very shocking incident 5 dead are already dead and around 40 injured after a speeding car drove into Christmas parade in the USA.

Multiple Dead, Over 20 Injured After Speeding Car Drives Into Christmas Parade In US (india.com)

This is a very sad news and we pray for the victims' souls.

Another shocking realization was that no matter how many articles I searched, I could not find the name of the attacker. All news articles wrote their news as if it was an accident and not a planned attack. There was too much focus on showing the attack, descriptions of what happened to Children, how a Catholic priest was among the injured, etc. I was upset at the manner in which all articles were written as with in a tone to cause pain to White Christians.

After spending about 10 minutes, I finally found that the attacker was a Black man named Darrell E. Brooks (Ref: http://meaww.com).

After searching internet with his name, then I started coming across news articles which told more details about him. Suspect in Waukesha mass casualty incident is identified as career criminal Darrell E. Brooks. I wonder if Left wing parties will start another BLM movement now, because even the victim of police atrocity incident which caused BLM was a similar career criminal.

BREAKING: Suspect in Waukesha ‘mass casualty incident’ identified as career criminal Darrell E. Brooks | The Post Millennial

On a serious note, I request media to write news in a neutral tone and not to cause more pain than inflicted on the group or community which is target of such incidents.

Making Sense of Twitter Outrage Against Farm Law Repealment

Our government decided to repeal the recently introduced three farm laws. I wrote about its political aspects here

Now, immediately after the announcement by Prime Minister, various people started writing their reactions on Twitter. Interestingly, among various seemingly Right Wing handles, I found more discontent than support for this decision.

On Twitter, some lawyers, IT engineers, students, etc were so pained due to repealing of three farm-laws, as if they have really lost something. How can you lose something which was never there? Farm Laws were already in a suspended state, after all! Those never started, so no loss happened in their repealing!

A lot of opposition speakers on TV were also critical of government even after this historic decision by Prime Minister. According to some speakers on TV, govt should have repealed farm laws earlier to prevent some protesters from dying protesting it. How about being grateful for repealing it now and hence preventing more protesters from dying in future?

I really doubt the integrity of all people crying on Twitter just because our govt repealed an already suspended law which never saw the light of the day! I mean, what was there to cry about?

Some people on TV gave number of farmers who died due to various reasons protesting against Farm Laws, to blame our govt. Do they know number of farmers who die due to snakebites in a year? Or suicides, or rivalry? It is not easy to say whether the protests caused "net" loss or "net" gain in number of lives which were lost at protest sites Vs which could have been lost in the fields. Farming is a risky job.

I don't know if those critical Twitter users were really serious about the benefits which these farm laws were going to bring or is it that they were just playing with emotions? Everyone knows that state governments can still enact these laws under various provisions and Center even can bring some of these laws in future at a better time. Then, why was it such a big deal today? Or is it because today being a holiday due to Dev Diwali and Guru Nanak Jayanti, a lot of people had a lot of idle time, to be extra vocal? Look, even I wrote two blog posts after a long time!

Why Farm Laws Reversal Is Political Masterstroke by BJP

This morning at 9 am, Prime Minister Narendra Modi came once again on National Television and made a big decision about repealing three new farm laws which were part of his government's Agriculture Reforms. The decision has received mixed reaction from people. I would like to summarize my analysis on this matter:

There is no doubt that these three farm-laws were made with good intent in mind by our government. These farm laws, including contract farming and the law which allowed farmers to sell their produce to private parties bypassing "Mandi" (which angered the Mandi brokers) were designed in such a manner that these were going to improve farmers' income level. These laws were part of PM Narendra Modi's resolve to double farmer incomes and there is no doubt that these laws passed by our parliament were pro-farmers.

Another clear point is that the Central Govt has not retreated on these laws due to protests. It is true that Left wing affiliated farmer organizations had done massive protests against these farm-laws and this was something which was really surprising because these laws were clearly pro-farmer. But it is also true that these protests happened mainly in one particular geography (in and around Punjab) and farmers from rest of our country had accepted and appreciated these laws. Chief Minisers of many Indian states had officially welcomed these farm laws as well as many economists and experts had appreciated the features of these laws.

The very fact that Central Government was totally unfazed by the farm-protests despite violence, riots and strikes carried by Left Win farmers organizations, proves that Center has now not taken the decision to take back these laws under any external pressure.

Then, of course the question arises about why have government taken back these laws?

My analysis says that Center has done a strategic retreat of farm laws to help BJP win Punjab elections. State govts are still free to make their legislations to get those features which were made at national level. E.g. Maharashtra already has contract farming. Other states can have it too if they want.

So, without harming the economics behind these farm laws, a "political retreat" has been done for electoral benefits.

It is easy to see that now that three Farm Laws have been repealed, way has been cleared for a 3-way alliance between BJP, SAD and Captain Amarinder Singh's party. The SAD (Akali Dal) had left NDA alliance of BJP only because of these farm-bills and now that reason is no longer valid. Captain Amarinder Singh, on the other hand was the popular face of state politics and he also will be able to go to the public with a stronger conviction now, that the main "agenda" of Congress Party has been made to become irrelevant.

Due to these changes, the chances that Congress party will be removed from power in Punjab during next elections are very high.

And remember that BJP can always reintroduce the laws in some shape if it loses or no benefit seen in the upcoming Punjab Elections 2022.

Therefore, I think that the farm-laws reversal is a great political masterstroke by the BJP. We shall watch the political events in next few weeks and months to get it if its impact is seen as intended.

Why I am not Bothered by Indian Cricket Team Losing Two Matches

Unlike most people on internet, I am not bothered much by Indian Cricket Team's performance

1. I consider only ODI WC as real WC. T20 as a game itself is not real Cricket; forget about T20WC being real WC.

2. I never liked Virat's captaincy. No expectations means no pain.

3. Players are humans and one team has to lose.

4. We lost only against competent teams.

5. T20WC itself is not a great championship. They are making sheep play alongside wolves, to begin with.

6. Taking the knee to support a foreign violent protest had sealed it on day-1.

On a lighter note, it seems God punished Indian Cricket team for supporting a foreign violent racist protest (BLM) during which many lost lives and thousands of property burnt by rioters.

India has never supported violence or racism and how could BCCI support this violent and anti-White racist protest?

Challenges of Current Generation

This is the first generation who raised their kids brainwashed by TV Ads which told them to raise sons and daughters "alike".

Hence, first gen in India which is facing marital problems, divorces, and mental health issues.

Men and women are not "same". Respect their differences.

Current generation of parents are first generation in India who learnt ideas of marriage and parenting through TV and Movies.

They are still mentally half-teens themselves.

God save the next generation they are raising.

On the other hand, there has not been drastic changes in the Western society in the recent years.

Good or bad as per our eyes, their ideals have not changed much.

We are the Guiney-pig society with one leg each on two boats.

Bihari Migrants Fleeing Kashmir and PM Modi Getting Worried for Kerala

During the days Bihari migrants were fleeing Kashmir because of the panic created by media after multiple terror attacks in Kashmir, PM Modi was posting multiple tweets supporting Kerala which was facing floods. It caught my nerves.

Modi ji posted two tweets in Malayali; plus many in English to comfort people from Kerala due to floods; Kerala where no one votes for BJP. But he did not make any single statement on exodus of poor Bihari migrants from Kashmir, not even a request to stop, no promises, nothing.

You can check @narendramodi's timeline. He is even greeting Muslims today for some festival. Ytd, he congratulated Uttarakhand. And day before that was reserved for showing sympathy and best wishes for Kerala. Two Tweets in Malayali for those who lack English education.

Poor people in Bihar adore Modi ji as an incarnation of Maryada Purushottam Ram himself. He is more than a cult figure. They listen to his each speech and discuss all his policies in show of genuine love and deep respect. But seems Modi ji has no special reciprocation for Bihar.

Modi ji can win election from any seat in Bihar anytime. Perhaps no one will even fight against him. Modi ji's heart beats for even Godforsaken places, but seldom for Bihar. Perhaps it is all due to the treacherous, cunning fox like politics Nitish Kumar has played in the past.

At the time of Modi ji's first lockdown, migrants from #Bihar were most impacted since they were everywhere. UP sent buses to bring them. Nitish Kumar asked Center to stop trains so that migrants can't return to Bihar. Only Biharis know the hell they are shown by our politicians.

Today, poor migrants will return from #Kashmir to #Bihar villages, where they will struggle to find two times meal. They will take loans from loan-sharks to start some roadside stall or work in fields to earn Rs 300 on good days. Why should Modi ji care?

Let children of poor Bihari migrants keep bathing in village ponds, wearing layer of mud, and eat small fish. Why should Modi ji care? He was a tea-seller once, but now he is a big man. Let all poor Bihari children read his stories in newspapers when they grow up sick and drunk.

Modi ji sent an Indian Navy Ship to bring Kerala nurses from Middle East, where they earned dollar salaries. But Bihari migrants should walk their way back home. Let small girls ride their poor fathers on back of bicycles. Let poor migrants die on the roads like dogs.

Why should Modiji bother? Biharis gave BJP votes in LS Elections even during the time Lalu was ruling the state. Why should he bother for such foolish loyal voters who ask for nothing in return? All Malayali tweets should be crafted in Gold, since they don't vote for BJP.

Reasons Why People Do Not Believe In Vikas Dubey Fake Encounter Probe Panel Report

Everyone knows that police encounter of Vikas Dubey (Kanpur walla) was fake. But the govt appointed panel has now given clean chit to the police:

3-man panel gives clean chit to UP police for Vikas Dubey killing - Rediff.com India News

Why people believe Vikas Dubey encounter to be fake?

It is a no-brainer if we look at the chain of incidents.

1. There were journalists chasing the police car in which Vikas Dubey was being transported. The journalists cars were asked to stop for some time and when they were allowed to move, they found that Vikas Dubey was killed. It was clearly done by police to prevent journalists to see the events live.

2. The car which had overturned was not the car in which Vikas Dubey was being transported, but it was a different car from the police. Vikas Dubey was last spotted by journalists in a different car and he was declared dead while fleeing from a different car.

3. The manner in which the car had overturned, clearly showed that it was manually pushed to turn turtle. There were no scratches, no signs of hit or damages which could prove that it was a natural accident.

4. Vikas Dubey was killed inside a muddy lane much away from the main road. (It was perhaps done to avoid any eye-witnesses on the road to see his execution). If car met with real accident, Vikas Dubey should not have been able to run so far, also since he had a leg problem and he was under arrest and hence chained.

5. Vikas Dubey had bullet wounds on his chest, which is impossible when police is shooting a fleeing person.

6. Vikas Dubey was killed in the same manner in which his other associates were killed. Police claimed all of them were trying to flee after being arrested and hence police had to shoot them dead too.

7. When Vikas Dubey was taken to a hospital with injuries in encounter, he had a mask on his face. How could Vikas Dubey keep a mask while his car overturned, he ran and shot at policemen and was shot in the chest by the policemen?

There are many interesting things in this report.

The report mentions, "Nobody came forward from the public and media to controvert the police version and no evidence is filed in rebuttal. Richa Dubey, wife of Vikas, filed an affidavit calling the incident a fake encounter but she did not appear before the commission," it said, adding that in such eventuality, no suspicion or doubt arises about the police's version of the incident.

This must have happened because everyone believed that the state government had got Vikas Dubey killed using police and who can dare to come in front and risk his own life? Also, just because no one came forward does not prove there was nothing doubtful about police version of events. The commission could have easily gone through the newspaper reporting which had clearly proven police's version of events as a fiction.

The commission said there is "sufficient material on record" to show that Vikas Dubey and his gang were patronised by the local police, revenue and administrative officials.

This itself should have indicated to the commission that the same policemen who earlier patronized Vikas Dubey would have wanted him dead rather than alive after he was arrested, so that their names and involvement does not come in light. So, the police clearly had a "motive" to kill Vikas Dubey and the commission innocently misses this simple fact.

In most of the cases, the high court had granted interim relief to Dubey, staying the proceedings before subordinate courts in criminal cases, and he remained under the protection of such orders for 13-14 years, it said. The commission said the HC granted bail to Dubey and his associates mainly on the ground that he had been acquitted in a large number of cases, without attempting to know under what circumstances he was acquitted and how and why the witnesses turned hostile in most of the cases.

Interestingly, here the commission is calling even High Court "incompetent" (no offense meant) in granting Vikas Dubey bails. How far could the commission go in painting Vikas Dubey black and trying to defame him over past incidents? Vikas Dubey was a strongman in his area and hence he was framed in petty issues. We can see his old video where he says that people and police used to add his name in petty issues whatever happened in his area to trap him. Hence he used to get bail following the due legal process.

All said and done, the suspected fake encounters of Vikas Dubey and his other associates including Prem Kumar Pandey, Atul Dubey, Amar Dubey, Prabhat Mishra and Bauwa Pandey are a blot in the face of Police and state government. These men should have been brought to justice and prosecuted and their associates in any political parties or even government and police should have been exposed and prosecuted - and that would have been proper carrying of justice. Killing foot soldiers gives indications of protecting the "big fish" and people can easily make out the foul play.

Twitter War by #governorswaraj (Swaraj Kaushal) against #bharadwajspeaks (True Indology)

If you do not know about this 'war', you can first catchup here: True Indology vs Governor Swaraj: Lessons from a Twitter battle (opindia.com)

I read #bharadwajspeaks's thread and it was very informative. But, he did a mistake of "taking sides". The overall conclusion was in favor of one and totally against another. This perhaps irked #governorswaraj.

Now, #governorswaraj's reply was really bad. He was threatening #bharadwajspeaks with police case (totally unjustified), while challenging him for discussion at the same time. Weird. He was also doing "show off" of his knowledge and past work.

Now, Swaraj Kaushal is not a Governor anymore. But uses that in his twitter handle to "show off". His psychology can be understood. He knew that #bharadwajspeaks was a common man and hence he bullied him. Yes, this was a case of "cyber bullying" by #governorswaraj.

#governorswaraj was a SC lawyer and ex-governor. He knows many in the govt. It is totally unbecoming of a mature person to threaten a common person and then use the thread to write his own biography listing only achievements. #bharadwajspeaks is a martyr of internet.

For record, #governorswaraj had a "socialist" background in terms of political belief. While Sushma Swaraj had her roots in the #RSS. People assume things about him and start respecting him just because he was late Sushma ji's husband.

The Swaraj love story: When Sushma Swaraj braved odds to marry fellow lawyer during Emergency - India News (indiatoday.in)

As an advocate, #governorswaraj has fought to protect many controversial people. Starting with George Fernandes till Lalit Modi. His path was paved with gold. It is natural that when he sees a person from opposite political belief, and who is not his wife, he will fume.

Taking his threat seriously, #NarendraModi govt must make a law to protect #FOE of social media users. People like #bharadwajspeaks should not need to deactivate their accounts just because some advocate threatened them. Govt is supposed to be of the people, "for the people".

Why BJP's Caste Politics for UP Election Makes Us Almost Give Up on Narendra Modi

It seems that the BJP is going totally into "caste politics".

First, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a strong statement showcasing the large number of SC, ST and OBC ministers he had made in the recent cabinet expansion. Refer:

Some not happy when country’s OBCs, women, farmers’ sons become ministers: PM Modi | India News – India TV (indiatvnews.com)

Thereafter, the govt implemented 27% reservation for OBCs in medical college seats (NEET).

NEET UG, PG Admissions 2021: 27% OBC and 10% EWS Quota to be implemented in All India Quota | Education News (timesnownews.com)

Newspapers and media started telling us that this is a "master stroke" is for the upcoming elections in Uttar Pradesh.

Reservation for OBC, EWS in medical seats to help in UP polls: BJP | India News – India TV (indiatvnews.com)

With OBC and EWS quota, Modi rallies voters for 2022, 2024 elections - The Week

Now, let us look at this matter in greater detail.

First of all, if BJP govt in Uttar Pradesh had done really good job, why does the party need to play caste politics just before election? How about fightig election on the basis of your dev work, and Yogi ji, Modi ji's image? The fact that BJP is going in to caste politics tells that Yogi govt has not done up to the expectation, i.e. not enough to win another term.

Secondly, everyone knows that EWS is not for General Category. It is for all. Last time I checked, there was a Muslim guy selected on EWS quota.

Narendra Modi is mastermind in changing the national narrative with his single speech. Just because of UP Election, he has changed the narrative to "OBC castes" starting with his Cabinet Reshuffle. It is obvious that this is seasonal and not the core identity change of BJP.

No one votes for BJP because of "caste". BJP does not have caste based vote-bank. Reason is simple: it is a national party and can't ignore one to pick another, because every caste is dominant in some places or the other.

Whoever is advising Narendra Modi to lure OBCs (because he himself is one) just for UP Election in 2022  is stupid. You lost 3 states last time by doing just that. Is BJP knowingly going to lose UP now repeating the time-tested method of Reservation?

BJP is the only party which dethroned INC with full majority of its own. Why? Because BJP had a "bigger umbrella".

Why is BJP ready to shed its umbrella of 'Hindutva' in order to play caste politics? It makes no sense.

The bitter truth is that we all have supported Narendra Modi despite our differences with his policies. We also ignored his disastrous decisions like Demonetization.

But, one day, everyone's luck runs out. You never know.

Hindutva > RSS > BJP > Narendra Modi

Let us look at BJP during last election in West Bengal. It focused heavily on maligning Mamata Banerjee's image (still doing it), which was so petty. I asked them to stop but I am not important so why will they care?

BJP's 'Hindutva' plank failed in Bengal, because Mamata Banerjee was a Brahmin and people did not see her anti-Hindu. As simple as that. Then they started maligning her image to gain votes. It failed too because she was a woman.

Remember old Delhi election, when BJP brought in Kiran Bedi as CM Candidate, ignoring its own local leadership? That was the time from where I saw BJP making stupid "gambles" in the garb of political decisions.

The point is that the BJP has been making wrong decisions, mainly because decision making is in the hands of only two (Modi-Shah) who lack a national vision. RSS/Sangh must interfere and stop them from making further wrongs.

Reservation in itself is not a big problem, because any party in BJP's place would also have done the same. The problem is in its thinking and vision, which looks unbalanced and stressed now.

The fact is that BJP is on the decline for sometime. It is natural because of anti-incumbency. But it seems that Modi ji is surrounding himself with only "yes men" and not honoring talent, and this is going to cost BJP sooner or later.

Modi ji had focused on his own "image building" from day-1. Along with time, he became bigger than the BJP, then bigger than Sangh, and now bigger than India. His personal stupid decisions did disasters and we did not even protest.

Demonetization was stupid. Complete unplanned lockdown from day-1 was stupid. Modi ji and his TV appearances are part of epic gospels now. India suffered so much because of his personal stupidity and lack of proper education.

Modi ji is Bachelors of Arts from distance learning. He was a state level politician who came on national stage. Till date, his biggest achievements are either from BJP's agenda (370/Ram Mandir), or Congress' leftover ideas (GST).

All he had to do was to listen to "experts". Then try the time tested methods which sounded reasonable and logical. But, he never gained listening to logic, why should he do it now? We are all held at ransom by his idiosyncrasy now.

I wish Modi ji retires soon and passes on the chair to someone younger, better educated, and someone who understands Hindutva totally, instead of its parts and pieces. It would be better if new PM won't have a personal cult following.

It will be much better to see Modi ji lose the chair instead of seeing BJP lose the power at Center. Please replace him with anyone better. We have had enough of him already.

In his first term, Modi ji did demonetization. And in his second term, he did unplanned lockdown. Both were kept secretive from even his cabinet colleagues, and were "gambles" which failed. This is not how govts should run. Please replace him.

Police Brutality in Uttar Pradesh Under Yogi Adityanath

If you have not come across this piece of news I want to refer to, you can check it out here: RSS leader's son ends life after cops beat up mother, ransack house - Rediff.com India News

This incident tells very badly about the situation in Uttar Pradesh, where Yogi Adityanath gave free hand to the Police after coming to power. After some initial positive results (mainly in the form of fake encounter of gangsters), it soon disintegrated into Police Raj where the Police has absolute power and people's plight is forgotten, often scoffed at.

About above episode, it seems Police did vandalism and arrested women of his family to force the man to surrender. (UP Police uses same technique everywhere, could also be seen in Vikas Dubey's case. Only this time they were not dealing with any gangster but an innocent common man). And the young man took his own life to prevent possible torture and even fake encounter in police lockup.

If this can happen to an RSS leader's family in Uttar Pradesh, imagine the plight of common people!

It shows really poor in Yogi Adityanath's report card. People should think twice before supporting an atrocious Police Raj.

Opposition Parties Playing Hypocritical Politics Against PM Modi

In India, we are seeing one of the worst phases of opposition politics. Discouraged by full majority government at the center, led by BJP's Narendra Modi, the opposition parties have given up all principles and morals in order to attack him. This can be easily demonstrated by recent controversy over PM Narendra Modi's picture over Covid19 vaccination certificates.

Covid19 vaccination is a mass movement. It is a people's movement and not only a government program.  As soon as vaccines were made available, opposition parties had tried to discredit the vaccine and spread fears in people against it. Due to its nature and in order to instill faith in people's minds so that they vaccinate in large numbers, PM Modi had decided to put his picture over the certificate. His image indicated that the vaccine and the vaccination process was authorized and safe. This worked well. But the opposition parties did not like it at all.

Opposition parties criticized PM Modi for putting his picture over the certificate. TMC even wrote to the Election Commission alleging that the use of PM Modi's photograph on provisional certificates issued during Covid-19 vaccination violates the model code of conduct for state assembly elections. But nothing happened and PM Modi stood tall. But now, in the second phase of vaccination for people of age group 18-44, the same opposition parties are putting up pictures of their own state CM over the certificates!

West Bengal, Jharkhand, Punjab, and Chhattisgarh, all ruled by non-BJP parties have removed PM Modi's photo from vaccine certificates. TMC led govt in West Bengal is the latest one to put the image of CM Mamata Banerjee over the certificates.

I do not have objection to the use of CM's pictures over the certificates. Because vaccination of 18-44 age group is managed by the state government and not the center. But then,

1. Why are opposition parties blaming the Center for issues during vaccination of 18-44 age group?

2. If opposition parties did not want PM's image over 45+ age group certificates, then they should also not put CM's image over 18-45 age group, as a matter of principle.

Not practicing what they preach is called "hypocrisy". I think the opposition parties are playing shameless politics of opportunism. People are watching and they can make out what is happening. No doubt that opposition parties should be ashamed of denigrating our country's democracy to this low level.

Bihar Government Planning to Increase Taxes and Stamp Duty To Fund Revenue Shortage Due to CM's Pet Project: Prohibition Law

As per today's newspaper, Bihar government is planning to increase taxes, registry fee and stamp duty of property buying in order to fund the revenue shortage. On the other hand, the state government keeps spending on the whimsical schemes launched by CM Nitish Kumar. Prohibition law is one such law which is a total failure but government is still pushing it because of ego attached to it.

Despite the liquor ban in Bihar, liquor is available on the ground level wherever you go. Liquor mafia has come up which smuggles and supplies liquor everywhere in the state, and the Police is busy playing cat and mouse game with them. Is it really worth it? The state is crime infested and law and order is still not good enough - in such a state is it good idea to involve the Police in chasing liquor suppliers? At places even such suppliers get police protection and end up creating a mafia raj. Several murders and other crimes are happening related to the illegal liquor business. On the other hand, due to the liquor ban, people are forced to drink liquor of questionable quality.

Due to the liquor ban, the state of Bihar is facing huge revenue collection shortage. So far, CM Nitish Kumar has been taxing real estate transactions because he thinks that "only Rich people buy land/ real estate" which is totally a myopic view. Real estate sector creates huge employment of workers and craftsmen of all kind and it is really a bad idea to stunt its growth by hiking the stamp duty and registration fees.

CM Nitish Kumar should show some maturity and remove the liquor ban in Bihar as soon as possible. He should give out licenses to eligible parties and allow its regulated sale. In this manner, the state will be able to earn revenue which it can spend on necessary items.

Arvind Kejriwal Insults Indian Parliament by Tearing Copies of Law in Delhi Assembly

After getting used to doing publicity stunts to remain in the news, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is at his best once again. This time he as gone as far as tearing the copies of bills passed by the Parliament of India, in Delhi assembly. Can you believe it; that a Chief Minister will insult Indian Parliament like this?

I request the Supreme Court to take note of this act as an act of contempt to the constitution of India and insult to our democracy and sack Arvind Kejriwal from any constitutional posts he is occupying. Let this not become an example where other people will learn from him, if he goes unpunished, and we shall start seeing such insulting stunts more often.
