Aam Aadmi Party and Kejriwal Jokes

December 29th, 2013
Why AAP & Kejriwal are Cronies of Congress
Kumar Viswas is planning to fight election from Amethi and invites Narendra Modi to fight from there too. In its earliest plans, AAP declared that it will fight elections from all Loksabha Seats in Gujarat; at many places probably it won’t even have an office or registered members. I don’t know what kind of politics this is – as if some kind of sport is going on.

In my opinion, fighting elections is an eligibility test to serve the public after coming to power. A candidate should first earn the respect and trust of local people and then ask for votes. Rahul Gandhi has visited Amethi many times, he knows local people and has done ground work and hence fights election from there which is fair. But this idea of parachuting candidates into alien locations – just for the sake of fighting elections sounds either innocent joke or signs of some serious plan. It seems AAP should fight from all seats in Gujarat so that it can swallow votes of some urban voters which would otherwise go to the BJP. These are the reasons why people suspect that AAP has done some deal with Congress.

Kejriwal asking Gadkari to produce proof of secret deal is like pot calling kettle dark. Before assembly elections result AAP had claimed that BJP was trying to buy some of its candidates – when asked for proof, AAP produced nothing. In case of sting operation against AAP when AAP got the proof it got the proof analyzed by its own members who declared their own party innocent. It is not a crime to make deals in politics and hence proof won’t change a thing and send none to the jail.
If AAP has not done any secret deal with Congress, let it prove the same by sending some of Congress’ corrupt ex-ministers to the jail, which Kejriwal had famously promised before and after elections. That is his litmus test. Otherwise as of now he is just another crony of Congress.

Why AAP is Congress’ B-Team
Kejriwal said “Both BJP and Congress are corrupt”. But the fact is that even Kejriwal could not find even a single case of corruption against BJP’s Dr. Harsh Vardhan.
Kejriwal said “You have seen what both BJP and Congress govts have given you”. But the fact is that a voter of 18 years today was not even born when last BJP govt came to power in 1993. A voter of 30 was a 10 year old kid in 1993. People in 2013 were voting for/against BJP of 2013 led by Dr. Harsh Vardhan, but Kejriwal was trying to fool people with his hoax “you have already seen BJP”.
Kejriwal said “AAP is fighting both BJP and Congress”. But it appears that AAP was fighting only BJP, since the trend in Rajasthan, MP, CG clearly tell that Cong was getting thrown out anyway, whether there was a party called AAP or not. Another statistic proves it – It was BJP which lost max seats by smallest margins, thanks to AAP.
It is a very old war strategy – if you can’t win, at least ensure that your opponent does not win. On these lines, Congress has succeeded only in Delhi and that is because of AAP. Still AAP supporters don’t understand why they are called “Cong’s B Team”?
Kejriwal proves an old saying “If all you have is a hammer, everything looks a nail to you.” Since Kejriwal’s competence is only in calling others corrupt, everyone looks corrupt to him.

How would TN Seshan Judge Kejriwal?
TN Seshan had asked voters to select our candidates as if we were selecting our son-in-law; meaning: don’t take chances, look for competence and proven track record. I wonder if those who vote for Kejriwal satisfy the ‘Seshan Test’? They ask us to vote for Kejriwal:

(1) Since Kejriwal is inexperienced (it’s like marrying off your daughter to a juvenile);
(2) Since Kejriwal quit his job to join politics (it’s like marrying off your daughter to an unemployed);
(3) Since he could desert Anna Hazare for principles (it’s like marrying off your daughter off to a serial-divorcee)
(4) Since he can call names to Robert Vadra (it’s like marrying off your daughter to a mad man)
Any other reasons to vote for AAP in Delhi; when we have an offer from a person like Dr. Harsh Vardhan?

AAPology to Apology
Everyone considered Kejriwal a Political-Juvenile. But when he was able to jump 18, we thought finally, he had learnt to fly! But alas, 16 of his 18 backfired and looks he had made very honest mistakes with those! And he was so busy “talking” to camera, that he did not even read the letter from Congress! So we were all fooled “unconditionally”! Looks like now we have some serious competition for ‘Stupidest Indian Politician Award’ between R Gandhi and A Kejriwal!
16 of the 18 points didn’t need House; also nothing comes “unconditional”:

Kejriwal Vs Taslima Nasreen
In 2007, a Mullah had put fatwa on Taslima Nasrin’s head for her pro-women statements. Before Delhi assembly elections, AAParty’s cult-leader Arvind Kejriwal met the same Mullah asking him to take part in his election campaign. Taslima Nasreen writes a Tweet criticizing Kejriwal for this meeting. An FIR is filed against her for hurting the sentiments of people.
Now she has to approach Supreme Court to get out of this aam-aadmi mess:

Why Only AAP Can be Right
Kiran Bedi is a source of inspiration for millions of Indian women and she has sacrificed her whole life for the benefit of Indian public fighting politicians. But since she did not take Kejriwal’s offer to join AAP and kept her loyalty with Anna Hazare, AAP supporters call her “BJP’s agent”.
Ex- Indian Army Chief V.K. Singh sacrificed his whole life to protect our borders and keep Army clean. But since he chose not to hail Kejriwal and remained loyal to Anna Hazare, Kejriwal’s men publically humiliated him interrupting his speech and call him “BJP’s agent”.
Social activist Padm Bhushan Anna Hazare achieved something which everyone only talks about and few do something – village reforms and has given entire life for the people; but since he remained on his original fight for Lokpal and did not join politics, AAP supporters call him a BJP/RSS man.
So it seems anyone who does not wear AAP’s Topi (which they shamelessly copied from Anna-Topi) becomes “BJP’s agent” by default. And merely being a Bharatiya Janata Party supporter is a Certificate of one being politically motivated and not to be taken seriously, but if you are politically motivated to benefit Kejriwal somehow, it is taken as sign of sheer enlightenment. Idea is that truth and correctness are exclusive rights of AAP supporters and all others can go to hell!
But the fact is that while Kiran Bedi, V K Singh and Anna Hazare are achievers and source of inspirations for Indians, AAP & Kejriwal survive and find inspirations only in criticizing and finding faults in others!

How Kejriwal and AAP are Copy-Cats
Now Kejriwal is calling Anna Hazare “misguided” because Anna is supporting Lokpal Bill being brought with amendments. It is classic case of a pot calling kettle black. First, this whole JAN Lokpal Movement was Anna Hazare’s baby. It was sabotaged by Kejriwal and his friends because they wanted to launch a political party to “encash” the tremendous public support they had garnered. Since old Anna Hazare did not agree, he was dumped, movement sabotaged and Aam Aadmi Party was formed.
This party’s name was copied from UPA/Congress Party’s favourite term “aam aadmi”. Its uniform of Topi was copied from Anna’s Maharashtrian topi; its “Mai hun aam aadmi” copied from “Mai hun Anna” slogan. Its election symbol of “jhaadu” was copied from UP based Naitik Party’s election symbol. Kejriwal’s book is “Swaraj”, name copied from Gandhiji’s Hind Swaraj”. Kejriwal took full credit for RTI Act, though we know that Congress had passed it and RTI was there before Kejriwal came into scene. And now, Congress is passing Lokpal Bill to reclaim its popularity dented by its rout in 4 states’ assembly elections, which is an achievement of Bharatiya Janata Party which came out biggest in all 4 states.
All his life, this man has been snatching credits from other persons/parties. But can’t he stop even once – and let Anna Hazare have the credit for Lokpal Bill even now? Do they have to be so ungrateful towards Anna?

On Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal
Some thoughts related to Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal. These may appear incoherent but I wrote these in different contexts and I have merely compiled these for here:
- Kejriwal is an autocratic leader. He does not know how to take people along. This is why Kiran Bedi and others left him. I think even if Congress offers him support, his arrogance and personality won’t make him take that support. And please, stop involving BJP into every thing. AAP has clearly said that it won’t take support from anyone and won’t give support to anyone. But paid members of AAP are spreading this propaganda that BJP is “pushing” AAP to take support from Congress! Hilarious.
By paid-member, I meant those who have paid to become AAP member; just like there are paid-members of any club or association. What Arun Jaitley has said is nothing new, or whatever he said is his analysis; BJP can’t be said to be “pushing AAP to take Cong’s support”. Why should BJP do that and harm its own prospects? Afterall BJP is the biggest party in Delhi! Also, when Kejriwal has said that he won’t support anyone and won’t take support from anyone, are you doubting your own cult-leader on this patter? Do you think that BJP can push Kejriwal to once again eat his words and do treachery with his supporters (like he had sabotaged Anna movement in the past for his political motives)? You should think twice what you are proposing; this is why I accused you of finding silly excuses to bad-mouth BJP. BJP is the largest party in Delhi elections. If you respect people’s verdict, you should respect this fact. But I doubt if there is ever a hope of a sensible mature opinion from an AAP paid-member. AAP is like a cult now, where brainwashed individuals go on indulging in newer propaganda everyday. If AAP stops its propaganda machinery, it will lose power and hence their machinery is running even now.
- Can you tell anything wrong with Dr. Harsh Vardhan to be a preferable candidate for Delhi’s CM post? You can take some days to watch some videos and come back educated about Dr. Harsh Vardhan. I consider him the most able person to become Delhi’s CM; he has an impeccable record. I challenge you openly – prove to me why should not he be the best candidate and how Anna’s backstabber Arvind is better than him.
I accept that to a common man, Dr. Harsh Vardhan appears to be non-political person… But that is not his weakness; it is his biggest strength! I wonder if you would really prefer a seasoned politician over a Doctor turned politician? Will you? And is that really the mood of the nation? Here, I hope you would accept that people are fed up of seasoned politicians and want a “change”. And Dr. Harsh Vardhan is that “change” for Delhi. You are very right about Dr. Harsh Vardhan being the pioneer of Pulse Polio program. He saved life in the process, did not he? The model was used all over India and it got international attention – that India is not some third world nation where disease infested kids die on the roadside; but India has many success stories to tell the world. I read they have copied this concept into many other nations even like Bangladesh/Pakistan. And his experience so far is not only theory but mostly practice. One of the reasons why he was selected as CM’s candidate was because of his administrative and organization skills. If you will follow him you will know more about him. On the other hand, Kejriwal is still untested. All that he has proven so far is that he is fickle minded person who is not sure what he wants to do. Till he was part of Anna movement, he used to say that he will never join politics. Then he joined politics. Then he said he is not fighting for any post; but then he wanted CM’s chair. First he thought only Con Party as our enemy (it is open secret that BJP/RSS/Baba Ramdev, all had taken part in Anna movement)- then he started abusing BJP also. We don’t know if he is serious about politics and his recent disinclination to form govt in Delhi also indicates about the same. So we should give at least 5 years to Kejriwal to get himself tested. If he remains in politics and does good work as MLA in his area, certainly he will gain support from all quarters. As of now, supporting him is like betting in a gamble. Dr. Harsh Vardhan on the other hand is a tasted hand, and stands as non-political politician – a better man as you say – and that is what young India aspires for!
- It is common knowledge and very well documented how Kejriwal used and threw away Anna Hazare; using his Jan Lokpal as launching pad for his political party. This is why Anna and Kiran Bedi and some others have never truly joined Kejriwal’s political outfit. But this is past and stale news; I think we don’t need to discuss it now. But I wonder why you deny it? It is in common knowledge that no one knew Kejriwal before Anna’s movement and Anna’s movement was sabotaged because some (Kejriwal etc) wanted to form political party and Anna’s movement had to be trashed before they could start their own party.
If you personally see 50 million photos where Kejriwal has not used Anna, it does not prove that Kejriwal has not used Anna’s photo; because there may be some others where he has used him and you have not seen those! Obviously you are not omnipotent and omnipresent, right? These are basics of reasoning. And instead of calling my arguments stupid, you should say, “I am finding your comments stupid”, because there is always a probability that the problem is in your own understanding ability rather than with my arguments. I only told you three facts listed above; I did not say that Kejri used Anna’s name for votes, or that Kejri had actually done fraud, or that Kejri was using IAC name for votes; I only told the “fact” that Anna asked Kejri to stop doing all this. Do you understand difference between fact and opinion? As I said in the beginning, it appears that you want to bad-mouth BJP and that is all you want to achieve by such silly excuses. On BJP’s opinion on Lokpal, I don’t know anything more than what is in public domain. I am not a paid or unpaid member of any political party and I have not attended any secret or roadside meeting of any political party including BJP, so I don’t know. I hope that answers.

If I have to choose between you and Anna Hazare on this topic related to Anna Hazare and Kejriwal, I will choose to trust Anna Hazare. Why? Because he has more access to the facts than you have. Is not it logical? If I have to trust you, it has to be blind trust and hence I won’t. I agree that you are far more informed about AAP than me because you even paid money to them, you bear their logo on your profile picture, you are certainly passionate about them. But that is the trap – if we wear red tinted glasses, everything starts to appear red to us. So we should have balanced approach. So far interacting with AAP members I have not seen any balance in them and I have found them closed-minded people on a mission, almost like missionaries. And I doubt – road to hell is paved with good intentions. Since Delhi has Dr. Harsh Vardhan and reliable BJP with clear policies; why does it need Kejriwal who himself is not sure about what he wants to do either in Delhi or in life (latest flip-flop – he had asked Kiran Bedi to be CM earlier).

5 A.A.P. Candidates in Delhi face Criminal Charges

This news tells the truth about Aam Aadmi Party’s claim of being the holy cow of Indian politics:

Narendra Modi given Clean Chit in Gujarat Post-Godhra Riots

Now corrupt parties desperately need some other excuse to form a coalition after next elections, because claiming to do it in the name of secularism won’t work anymore. I think this verdict won’t surprise those who appreciate Mr. Modi and his work.

Good going Narendra Modi

When Narendra Modi went to Patna for rally, terrorists carried out serial bomb-blasts and killed many. But neither the audience nor Modi were deterred by it and the rally was huge success. Now I hear about Mr. Modi visiting Jammu and the rally again appears to be a huge success!

Unlike other opposition parties, Mr. Modi does not only complain (i.e. do negative politics of anti-incombency) but provides solutions along with showing case-studies of success from Gujarat (which I call positive politics).

I also cannot stop drawing parallels with Sardar Patel. From East to West, North to South, he is going everywhere to create a wave of positivity and hope, uniting all Indians in the process! All the best!
