As per news from today's newspapers, while Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) newly elected MLA from Mehrauli, Naresh Yadav's doing a rally in an open car, one of his subordinates and AAP member Ashok Mann was attacked and killed in firing. (Source: Hindu)
As per Police, the attack was the outcome of a personal enmity and Ashok Mann was the only target. In November, an FIR was registered against Ashok under IPC Section for attempt to murder, and attack was related to it.
The attacker wanted to kill AAP Member Ashok Mann because Ashok was involved in a murder of his kin. Ashok must be close to the MLA since he was travelling with him in his open car.
This episode makes us realize that a large number of AAP members are from criminal background. Greedy of state govt's advertisement budget, media houses are not highlighting this.
Everyone with little understanding of the ground realities knows that Arvind Kejriwal is just a "face" and a lot of other leaders of AAP are uneducated and from criminal background. This is clearly reflected in the data. People of Delhi should realize this.
