Arvind Kejuwal is a popular Indian cartoon character. He is also known with many other fictional names like “Muffler Man”, characterized by his overt use of muffler irrespective of the season. He is known to speak gibberish in a manner which sounds logical. He is known to do nonstop mudslinging against other political party leaders. He has an amazing capability to “switch on” and “switch off” himself. He automatically switches on in front of the camera and switches off when no camera is around.
